This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice is provided by Berrak Havuz as the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains how we process information about visitors to www.berrakhavuz.com and people who contact us.
When you contact us through a form or request a quote, we process your name, telephone number, email address and the project information you provide, such as location, project type and your message. Limited technical information, such as IP addresses and standard server logs, may also be generated to operate the website.
We use the information you share to assess your enquiry, contact you, arrange surveys and quotes, answer questions about our services and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data for marketing without your request or consent.
Personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract, processing necessary for the data controller’s legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and consent where applicable.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or where sharing is necessary to provide our services. Technical service providers, such as hosting and email providers, may receive the information needed to deliver their services under confidentiality obligations.
We retain personal data for as long as required for its purpose and applicable legal retention periods. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
The website may use a limited number of technical or third-party resources, such as a font provider, to support its operation. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. This policy will be updated if analytics or marketing cookies are introduced.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your personal data has been processed; request information about that processing and its purpose; learn which third parties have received it in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply; ask that relevant actions be notified to recipients; object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
