Istanbul's established pool and spa company

Berrak Havuz is an Istanbul-based pool and spa design and construction company established in 2006. We work on pools, Turkish hammams, saunas and steam rooms for homes, hotels and commercial properties.

We bring design, technical planning, material selection and construction together. Each project starts with its intended use and maintenance needs, helping us create well-designed spaces with reliable systems.

From the site survey to handover and maintenance guidance, we keep clients informed and agree on the scope of each stage.

Experience helps us make sound technical decisions at the right stage of a project. Our work on pools and wellness facilities informs how we assess site conditions, user needs and installation requirements.

For residential, hotel and commercial projects in Istanbul and across Türkiye, we coordinate surveys, planning, construction and handover. Client expectations, architectural constraints and technical requirements are considered together.

Our aim is to create spaces that look good and systems that can operate reliably with appropriate maintenance.

Quality depends on both the visible finishes and the infrastructure behind them. Compatible materials, well-designed mechanical systems and careful workmanship all contribute to a project's durability.

We consider appearance, user safety and long-term performance together. Materials and equipment are selected to suit operating conditions and maintenance arrangements.

Attention to installation details and clear operating instructions helps clients care for their facilities after handover.

A private pool and a hotel pool have different capacity, operating and maintenance needs. Hammams, saunas and steam rooms also require different technical decisions.

We plan each project around its dimensions, architecture, use, material preferences and the client's expectations. Rather than applying one standard solution to every space, we develop a design and scope suited to the project.

This approach brings the client's vision together with practical requirements for construction and use.

Our selected projects include Tersane İstanbul, Mesa ASL Etiler and Avrupa Konutları Esentepe. Experience on residential and commercial projects helps us plan new work around different operating needs.

Our project pages show selected pools and wellness facilities. For each project, our role is considered alongside the needs of the space.

Since 2006, our work has focused on careful planning, sound construction and long-term performance.
