PROJECTS
At Mono 94, a residential complex, Berrak Havuz delivered the sauna and steam room systems. Our goal was to create a comfortable, technically sound wellness area consistent with the project's overall concept.

In installing the sauna and steam room systems, we took an approach that prioritized the day-to-day experience of the complex's residents. We began the design with material and lighting choices that reflect the building's atmosphere, and planned the on-site work carefully so as not to disrupt residents' daily lives.
We paid particular attention to the ease of maintaining the sauna and steam room systems, with the complex's long-term operational needs in mind.
Our work at Mono 94 is one of the projects that reflects Berrak Havuz's experience delivering sauna and steam room installations for residential complexes. In residential projects, where resident satisfaction is directly tied to the quality of the space, we pay particular attention to making technical systems quiet, reliable and easy to maintain.
