At Süreyya Paşa Hamam in Maltepe, Berrak Havuz completed the installation in keeping with traditional Turkish bath architecture. Our goal was to create a technically reliable solution that preserves the site's historic character.
Working on Turkish bath buildings requires classical architectural detail to function alongside modern technical infrastructure. Keeping this balance in mind, we delivered a result that is consistent both visually and functionally.
Heating, humidity management and water circulation are closely interrelated in hammam projects; we carried out detailed planning during construction to make sure these systems worked together in harmony. In material selection, we favored durable options resistant to heat and humidity, and carried out the on-site work with as little intervention as possible, respecting the building's existing architectural character.
When working on traditional structures, we make it a priority to meet technical requirements while preserving their original character.
