Pools
The process starts with a site survey and needs analysis. Once the size of the space, intended use, mechanical system needs and design expectations are evaluated, technical planning, construction and handover proceed in order.
The schedule depends on the pool type, dimensions, site conditions, material availability and required approvals. After the site survey, ask for a project-specific schedule covering construction, drying or curing periods, testing and handover.
Water testing, cleaning and servicing follow different schedules. CDC recommends testing chlorine and pH in home pools at least twice a day, and more often during heavy use. Cleaning and servicing should follow operating conditions and equipment instructions. Requirements for commercial facilities must be assessed separately.
Water circulation, the pump system, insulation and overflow control are the core technical elements of ornamental pool and pond installations. Aesthetic design is planned together with the mechanical infrastructure to create systems that are long-lasting and easy to maintain.
Hammam, Sauna & Spa
A Turkish hammam uses heated surfaces and washing areas. A traditional sauna operates at higher temperatures with relatively low humidity, while a steam room uses lower temperatures and a much more humid environment. Heating, finishes and service requirements depend on the installed system.
A spa area can include a pool, sauna, steam room, hamam and relaxation sections. Depending on the project's scale, mechanical infrastructure, insulation, ventilation and water circulation systems must be planned together.
In these spaces, heat, humidity, insulation, ventilation, water drainage, material selection and user safety must all be evaluated together. Without the right technical infrastructure, both comfort and durability can be negatively affected.
